Lisa works closely with both our Managing Director and our Marketing and Business Development lead, plus the wider Archer team. Her role is to guide, mentor and empower not just the leadership team, but the consultancy as a whole, refining processes, strengthening alignment and ensuring the business operates at its most cohesive and effective.
