As a former Head Teacher and School Improvement Adviser, I bring serious educational leadership skills and knowledge into every project. I act as a bridge between educators and consultants, ensuring that strategy, design and delivery are grounded in the realities, ambitions and wellbeing priorities of schools.

I translate educational vision into practical insight, supporting learning environments that genuinely foster inclusion, confidence and achievement. Joining Archer enables me to combine my educational expertise with a consultancy that values quality, integrity and long-term impact, creating projects that make a meaningful difference.

Outside of work, I teach dance and frequently attend the gym – pursuits that energise and inspire me.
