Condition (Asset Management Planning). We offer a competitive rate for our Asset Management Plans, which are an essential tool for any school or academy proactively managing their property portfolio; whilst developing a ‘funding strategy’ to maximise any future bids for condition related projects to the EFA.
Fire Safety Audits – Whether it is part of your EFA funding application, or for standard compliance we are able to arrange and carry out fire risk audits for your premises.
Health & Safety Inspections – We are happy to assist in carrying out health and safety surveys in order to form a funding case, or simply for compliance and peace of mind
Level Surveys – We are able to undertake a detailed level survey prior to submitting any planning application and in order to provide a clear scope of what is possible in terms of design and build
Measured Surveys – We offer a thorough measured survey service to obtain the most accurate data possible prior to any structural works commencing, which we offer a very competitive rate.
Suitability and Sufficiency Surveys – otherwise known as a net capacity survey, we can undertake this in accordance with DFE guidance to provide a fair assessment of a school/academy estate to understand if the space is sufficient for the amount of pupils attending
