CDM Co-ordination
Archer Building Consultancy provide CDM co-ordination services for all notifiable projects, as part of our full contract administration package.
Archer Building Consultancy provide compliance with the Construction (Design and Management Regulations) 2015, by including CDM co-ordination services for all notifiable projects, as part of our full contract administration package.
Now that the specific CDM Co-ordinator role has been removed under the CDM 2015 regulations, you may be wondering what this means for your project. We make clear to you what your responsibilities as the client are under the regulations prior to commencing any works and guide you through the process if you are anyway unsure.
What does that mean for the client?
We have a lot of experience across many different types of construction project, from demolition and new build schools, to refurbishment of sites and installation of leisure facilities, therefore we know what is expected in terms of health and safety and design in any type of project.
We can liaise with the HSE to notify them of your construction project (F10.)
We review and collate the pre-construction information to share with the contractors
We identify any potential health and safety risks in the project and look to eliminate or reduce them
We help prepare the project by advising you, as the client on timecales and resource required for the project
